I'm Diabetic,

So, I have stopped eating 

  • Fruits, mangoes, potatoes
  • Rice 
  • Sweets

But because of all these restrictions, I am always stressed, I do not enjoy eating.

Can I somehow eat what I like, what I love the most eg. Mangoes, Rice

Yes, of course, you can eat anything and everything even when you have diabetes.

In fact you should eat to have less cravings

But there are rules

Many people with Diabetes are fearful about some aspect of the condition like Scared of medications, implementing new health regimes, starting new routines, day to day challenge of living with chronic health problems.

Diabetes can be easily managed through healthy lifexstyle choices such as diet & exercise.

Know how can you enjoy all your favorite foods even if you are a Diabetic :) 

I never tell my clients to completely stop eating sweets, rice, mangoes etc. rather I advice them on the correct portion & frequency depending upon the severity of the disease.
